'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'

Building was very old, the constant battle with cockroaches was redundant, construction outside was annoying, apartment doesn't match pics,and even after giving the co host 2500php(deposit plus extra), she still hounded me for the 45php for water delivery.'

'The unit we rented needs renovation, it was very inconvenient and filthy I’ve ever been. The bed is uncomfortable, bed linens and sheets looks filthy , towel set are gross and looks like floor mats, dishwasher sponge was used by the previous tenants, bathroom vents are dusty, bathroom tiles are covered with grout, no extra sheets and pillows, when you open the cabinet it has mosquitoes, there was an eco bag that had used sheets and towels inside it, so you can’t use it to hang your clothes....

'Ideal location, close to T3 and food outlets. Unfortunately no kettle supplied even after requested and microwave out of order.'
