CASA ESPRIU is a magnificent semi-detached house with capacity for seven people. It has a living room with fireplace, fully equipped independent kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its interior is spacious and bright, tastefully decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Outside they have two terraces with a stone barbecue, a summer dining room and an area for leisure and rest. In the same building they have a garage with a parking space for your convenience. Its location is another of its greatest charms, since it is located in the center of town, a very quiet and well-connected area, close to all services. An excellent choice to spend a nice family vacation.

Santa Susanna is located north of the Costa de Barcelona, just 45 km from Barcelona city, in the Maresme and near the Costa Brava, it is an ideal family tourism destination. In addition, in the municipality you can practice activities, a great destination for sports tourism. Enjoy an environment full of nature between the sea and the mountains; on two kilometers of quality beaches to savor the sea and the sun, and the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, where you can walk admiring the spectacular landscape. It also has at its disposal the possibility of doing all kinds of water sports or mountain biking routes, among many other proposals offered by the municipality. Santa Susanna has a train station that runs throughout the Costa del Maresme, making it easy to travel if you do not want to use your vehicle. It also has a tourist train that offers a nice walk through the town of Santa Susanna.

CHECK-IN Information Service Dear customer, HomeHolidaysRentals would like to facilitate your arrival outside the office hours scheduled for the handover of the keys to your holiday home. We offer you the following options:

1-Direct entrance to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
2 -Entry outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the time of arrival.

- Groups are not accepted.
- HHR reserves the right to apply a deposit amount it deems appropriate based on the reservation and the number of occupants.
- Online check-in is required to collect the keys.
- Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory.
- The reservation includes towels, sheets, and cleaning services.
- Reservations for less than 3 days will be subject to an additional €80 charge.
- IMPORTANT: Accommodation suitable for families only.
- Pets are not allowed.
