'Staff was nice'

'Clean room it could be better. No curtains, no suncover or mini roof in the pool. Sun hits you hard. Excellent staff, not too many food options. Road to the Monticello was rough, lots of dirt roads.'

'Check in was easy and quick. Property is beautiful and very aesthetic, food was a little on the higher price side compared to prices in El Salvador. The pool looked nice. HOWEVER, my understanding was the resort was on the beach and it was not. That was kind of disappointing. At check out they make you wait until they check the room, that was a little annoying since I had to run to an appointment an hour away.'

'It is a little tough to get to the place… but once you are there it’s all worth it. A paradise in the mountains with great views of the city. Great staff and beautiful landscape.'
