Dear Barbara, we are sorry to read this review, as you never reported any discomfort during your stay. There is a desk in the room, kettle with tea and herbal tea is available in the superior rooms. As for the tables by the pool, they are available for anyone, certainly not for those who bring their own food. Honestly, I would never allow myself to sit in a restaurant and bring my own food, certainly those who read us will understand that this attitude is not appropriate in a hotel or restaurant.
