'De kamer was prima, fitnesszaal is erg goed, check in en check uit allemaal prima. Maar de service in het restaurant is gewoon belabberd slecht. Lang wachten op alles, daarna drie personen die hetzelfde vragen, eerst zeggen dat je rekening op je kamer kan zetten, daarna bij je kamer laat aanbellen om je alsnog te laten betalen. Heb uiteindelijk maar room service besteld, daar was alles duidelijk en goed in orde. Kamer wordt ook netjes schoongemaakt en niks tekort aan flesjes water.'

'The room had a smell that was off putting and was unpleasant. The staff were friendly but the hotel taxi price was pricey and the driver was not well informed of the tourist spots. There are shops close by and this was useful and we felt safe . Good location with airport nearby and restaurants close by '

'This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive to details. The room was cleaned everyday and water and toiletries replenished regularly. The breakfast had a superb variety and the waiters were always there to serve you with whatever you wanted. The Safron Spice restaurant food is of a very high standard and there is often no need to go else where to dine. We ate only at the hotel to avoid any health issues. Highly recommend this hotel.'

'Staff and room was fair for the price. Unfortunately the noise from the street was unbearable. I could not sleep at all for the noise from car horns and trucks reversing etc..'

'Dag van aankomst hele aardige personeel. Totdat daar aan toe. Overige dagen geen vriendelijk personeel, buurt is erg druk wel dichtbij de metro station. Ontbijt keuze minimaal. Kamer was redelijk voor de prijs.'
