'The house was clean, cold, and comfortable. There were some issues with shower and sink leaks but they were handled immediately upon notifying the host so no problem. The back yard, pool area, and beach areas could not be beat. Breathtakingly beautiful. The rooftop tables were amazing! Fortunately there was an amazing breeze while we were there so no see um and mosquito problems were nonexistent. Location is pretty much off the beaten path so don’t expect 5 star restaurants or a big...

'The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. '

'Our stay was amazing! Nelson the owner was amazing the best owner/host we could have asked for. The house was packed and stored with all that we needed to accommodate both adults and kids. The house look just as pictures. We had issues with loss of water the last two nights but nelson came with his workers and made sure the problem was resolve. He was very attentive and gave us a full itinerary of things nearby which was very helpful as well.'

'The property was very cute and clean and had many items I wasn’t expecting. It could use an ironing board and iron and some outlets in the bathroom for blow dryer use. The price was very reasonable. Might need it again next year for the last week of June again. '

'Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.'

'This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. 'Beautiful place for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Good central location made it easy for us to enjoy activities from Rincon to Fajardo. Check in was a breeze. We were promptly greeted, given the keys and a tour. Beds were comfortable. 'Before our trip, our host warned us about the possible of having no power since they had a blackout the day before we were to arrive. Not only did we have power, but the house was clean and nice. Didn’t realize there was a casita in the back and that’s my favorite shower. I loved the town even though most things were closed during Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Thank you again. '

'Perfect location for a beautiful, mountainous nature retreat. Our group had so much fun exploring one of the mountain regions of Puerto Rico. Also with in an hour of beautiful beaches. The house and the surrounding property was a perfect accomodation for a group of 7 adults. Beautiful, well kept house and property in a nice neighborhood. Definitely would recommend! 5 stars!! and property. . '
