'The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel. 'Hotel precioso, con habitaciones de lujo en todo sentido'

'Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.'

'No tienen colchones las camas son espumas super duras al igual que las almohadas, y las sabanas manchada y rota. hay que caminar 10 mn a la recepción con maletas porque no hay forma de llegar a la recepción con carro al menos para descargar. La comida deja mucho que desear por el precio, En el desayuno, el cafe negro porque no habia leche desde el dia anterior. (Terrible) Tampoco habia elección. Lastima hotel bonito , agradable y muy natural. Pero muy mala administrqcion. '
