'Let me start with the positive: the location is very good. The beach is one of the best in Spain and the water is crystal clear. Good for small children as there are hardly waves. The hotel is right at the beach. Just a nice walk down. The negative: we didn’t like the food so much. The rooms are small and our view was the garbage place of the hotel. What we disliked the most though were the people who come to this hotel. Mostly British families, extremely loud, drinking alcohol from the morning...

'We had a great stay at The Seranova. The location is perfect, the breakfast was superb and the rooms spotless. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble & their recommendations were very good. We would definitely book to stay again at this lovely hotel when we re visit Ciutadella.'
