The pool is part of the front terrace with space enough for the 6 sunloungers and the two sunshades. The house is equipped with central oil heating and can be used throughout the year.

In 5 walking minutes you get to the small supermarket of Cala Llombards, in 15 minutes to the sand beach, or by car in just 4 minutes. To the two beautiful bays Caló des Moro and Cala s’Almunia it is a walk of about 15 minutes or go there by car in just a few minutes. The village Llombards is 4,5 km away and Santanyí with the famous farmer’s market on Wednesdays and Saturdays and the many shops and restaurants about 5,4 km.
