Spacious Ibiza-style villa for 10 people, right by the sea in Cala d'Or

The holiday home is laid out across one level, with the exception of onebedroom located on the first floor. The house is spacious and features various areas where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The ground floor houses the living room, which features built-in seating and offers wonderful sea views. Adjoining this is the dining area with access to the terrace, as well as a spacious kitchen. The living room leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. An Ibizan-style staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, where there is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
The house also features an inner courtyard with three bedrooms: one with a single bed plus a pull-out bed and a small en-suite bathroom; another double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom; and a final double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area includes a small barbecue spot and a dining table with sea views. There is a private pool and several areas for enjoying both sun and shade, along with direct access to the sea from the rocks.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms operates on a fixed, limited schedule.
