We rent out our townhouse in the center of Santanyí on a long-term basis for a minimum rental period of four weeks at a rate of 495 EUR per day, which is based on six people. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding available dates for your stay. Our house is not a vacation rental property that we offer for short-term stays, but rather our lovingly restored home, completed in 2020, which we offer for seasonal rentals.
It is a three-story townhouse, with three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the first and second floors.
The first floor features a kitchen-dining area, a living room, and a guest restroom.
On the first floor, there is sleeping space for four people in two bedrooms—one of which features a rooftop terrace—as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The second floor features a TV lounge and another bedroom with a bathroom that receives natural light, a shower, and a toilet.
Above this floor is a rooftop terrace offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of the southeastern region of Mallorca.
Furthermore, at the rear of the property, there is a separate guest area accessible via an additional entrance, allowing two additional guests to enter and stay independently. It includes a bathroom with natural light, a shower, a toilet, and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. This area can be rented separately. Children aged 13 and older are welcome.
The pool, measuring 12.50 m × 2.90 m, is located between the main house and the guest house.
The house was built to German standards and features underfloor heating and air conditioning.
The architecture and interior design emphasize Mallorcan details combined with classic design elements.
In total, the property comprises a lot area of 400 square meters, with a total living area of 210 square meters in the main house and 70 square meters in the guest house.
Parking is available behind the house for two cars.
The maximum occupancy for the property is eight people in total, who can be accommodated with six people in the main house and two people in the guest house.
The town of Santanyí is approximately three kilometers from the beaches of Cala Santanyí, S’Amarador, and the Cala Mondragó Nature Reserve.
The town exudes a special atmosphere with its weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Amenities for daily needs, such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, banks, doctors, and pharmacies, are all within walking distance.
