Marta is a beautiful villa located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Cala D'Or. The beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran are just a few hundred meters away and a 5-minute walk; the center of Cala D'Or is about a 10-minute walk away.

Marta is a two-story, tastefully furnished vacation home. Hardwood floors and high-quality furnishings create a cozy atmosphere. The spacious living room, featuring a comfortable sofa arrangement, flows seamlessly into the dining area. Right next to it is the kitchen, equipped with every convenience. The living room offers direct access to the pool terrace. The first floor also features a bedroom with two single beds and a walk-in closet, with a bathroom right next to it. The master bedroom, featuring a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom, is also located here. French doors lead from the master bedroom out to the pool terrace. On the upper floor of the main house, there are two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds. The larger of the two can also accommodate an extra bed for children and features a terrace overlooking the pool area. A large bathroom is available for these two bedrooms. From the outdoor area, a staircase leads to the tower room, which features a double bed and an en suite shower.

The kidney-shaped pool is surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace that offers plenty of space for lounge chairs. The outdoor area, enclosed by hedges, offers privacy. A brick barbecue with a dining table is available for culinary delights. In the front area, there are lovely green spaces for running around and playing.

24-hour air conditioning in the bedrooms is included.

The statutory eco-tax is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately.
