'Redelijk verouderde badkamer. Geen inloopdouche maar een bad met gordijn. Zwembad groot en net maar zonder animatie of gezelligheid. Al bij al zeer statig en indrukwekkend gebouw maar mist sfeer. Gratis parking. Ontbijtrestaurants op 5 min rijden. '

'Front desk was very professional and pleasant, hotel room was clean and comfortable . I had a short stay before I went on a cruise. Lyft to the cruise terminal was less than 20$ , it was conveniently located near a mall. If I have another trip to Miami definitely would stay there again.'

'Room cleaning is garbage. They don’t mop the floor. Floor is as dirty as it comes. Didn’t service the room 2 of the 5 nights we were there.

They use plastic knives, forks and spoons. Cardboard plates and cups. Joghurt in plastic cups, Cupcakes wrapped in plastic. So a lot of waste!!'

'When I reserved my room, it said it would fit four people as so I imagine both beds we’re going to be queen, but they were like a big twin size bed. I don’t think even a full-size bed we had to order an extra bed for one of my daughters to sleep on because the four of us would not fit in the bed and we’re thin people. I think it’s badly advertised. '

'One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The property is very nice. A small boutique hotel in a nice area with lots of shopping/eating within walking distance. The service was amazing. Seriously, in the last 6ish years of traveling I've never had such good service. Def will be staying here again in the future. '

'We did a very late check-in around 00:30am but this was no problem. Quickly received our room keys. Room is clean and spacious. Great bed. The breakfast area is a little small and took some time to wait and get a place to sit. The breakfast offerings are great with plenty choices. Did walk and sit by the pool briefly but didn’t take a swim. All looked well maintained. '

'My room was well kept,only problem was my linen had a scent that was unpleasant I didn’t get a chance to let housekeeping know about it being that I was out every day all day.

We had an issue with a lost teddy bear but the won't help us without our room number (you don't know that anymore after a few days.. and it is for a kids teddy bear).

'Fijn hotel op een rustige plaats in Miami. De kamer was erg groot met complete keuken, Mooie grote badkamer. Niet gehorig maar dat kan ook zijn omdat het niet zo druk was. Ontbijt is erg goed, alles is er. Ik zou zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen.'

'Goed gezellig , gunstig gelegen familie hotel alleen was het bed in de masterroom wat doorgezakt. De kwaliteit en de service zijn uitstekend . De ligging vrij centraal in de buurt van veel restaurants.'

'Wij hadden een twee slaapkamer suite in Mairott Vila's at Doral in Miami en waren zeer tevreden over de ontvangst, de kamer, de faciliteiten en ligging.
We konden gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van het Mariott hotel aan de overkant. Hier troffen we een prachtig zwembad aan in een supermooi aangelegde parkachtige tuin.
Er wordt in het hotel veel georganiseerd, informatie hierover lag keurig netjes verzorgd op de kamer.
Jammer dat we hier maar twee nachtjes bleven.
