Large modern villa built in 2022, located in a quiet environment, 300 meters from the fine sandy beach of BILLOU. Whether you are a fan of idleness, hikers or snow sports enthusiasts, the choice is yours! On the first floor, you will find a large living space with a kitchen open to a large living room. The central island can accommodate up to 6 people. You can even have a view of the pool from the kitchen! A master suite (bed 160 x 200) with en-suite bathroom, and a very large dressing room. Direct access to the terrace from the bedroom. The pool room, heated all year round, very pleasant when you get out of the water. Swimming pool heated to 29 degrees. Upstairs: 2 master suites, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, both equipped with a dressing room (160 x 200 beds). A large "dormitory" bedroom for children, with a capacity of 6 beds (90 x 200 beds). And finally a large bathroom. For maximum comfort, beds will be made on arrival, and sheets and towels are also provided. Note that all rooms are equipped with a television.
