'we felt shortchanged as it was an online booking thru your portal...we were allocated a room in the "Annex" which appears to be old and poorly maintained. though the rate charged was 6k per night, it was more like a bare bone small room. the bathroom was tiny, with minimal toiletries, flush was leaking, water from the shower area came out, service was really slow and needed reminders'

'Front desk staff not responsive. I have booked this for considering parking facilities but front desk staff mentioned no parking and not responding and not sharing details. Simply mentioned you can call customer care. I have struggled with family without parking for 1hrs in the car itself.
