Very bright and centrally located apartment 1°D

You’ll have everything just a stone’s throw away from this bright and centrally located accommodation.
Located in the modern part of the city, it’s surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
It’s a 15-minute walk from the historic center, 20 minutes from the Cathedral of Santiago, and 7 minutes from the Intermodal Train and Bus Station, which also offers direct service to the airport.
There is a public parking lot below with a rate of €9 per 24 hours.
The building has 2 elevators, and there’s a pharmacy and a laundromat right next door.

The Space:
Before entering the apartment, all guests must complete an online check-in with their personal information.
The apartment has hot water and central heating, as well as remote-controlled fans in every room.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, microwave, two coffee makers (one electric and one traditional), a kettle, a toaster, a juicer, and a blender, and it also has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector for your safety.
You’ll have access to coffee (regular and decaf), tea, sugar, salt, spices, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, mineral water, and lactose-free skim milk, as well as detergent and fabric softener for the washing machine.
The living room has two sofas, a television, a dining table, a sewing kit, and a first-aid kit.
There are three bedrooms; one of them has a TV, and in addition to the double bed, it also has a sofa that converts into a small single bed—in case one of the guests doesn’t want to share a bed or if there’s a small child (if you need to use the sofa for sleeping, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready with bedding).
Another bedroom has direct access to a glass-enclosed balcony where you can sunbathe.
All three bedrooms have 150-centimeter-wide double beds, as well as closets and hangers for clothes.
You’ll also have access to a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, and a free 60x120-centimeter baby crib, but please don’t forget to let us know in advance so we can set it up with bedding.
The balcony has a large clothesline suspended from the ceiling that can be lowered when needed and raised to save space; it also features a powerful dehumidifier, ensuring that clothes dry in just a few hours, even in winter.
There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower stall; both have shower screens and include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and a fire extinguisher, and the building has two elevators for your convenience, as well as a 24-hour pharmacy and a traditional laundromat right next door.
In the surrounding area, you’ll also find two coin-operated self-service laundromats.

Other Highlights:
As of October 2025, a tourist tax of 2€ per person per day has gone into effect in the cities of Santiago de Compostela and A Coruña.
The tax will be automatically added to the total booking amount based on the number of guests included, so no action is required on your part.
Stays for medical reasons, stays by federated athletes participating in official competitions, and stays resulting from force majeure are exempt from this tax. In addition, minors who are not emancipated and people with a disability rating of 65% or higher are exempt from paying this tax.

The public parking lot located directly below the building offers a special rate of 9€ per 24 hours; you don’t have to do anything—just take the ticket when you enter, and the hourly rate will accrue until it reaches 9€; from that point on, it’s free until 24 hours have passed since the vehicle entered, after which it will charge 9€ again for the next 24 hours, and so on.
However, if you’re staying more than three days, take the ticket when you enter and go to the parking information booth (open 24 hours a day) located in basement-1 so they can exchange it for a 30€ pass valid for 5 days or a 35€ pass valid for 7 days; with these passes, you can enter and exit the parking garage as many times as you like, since it has a license plate reader. There are also several charging stations for electric vehicles.
