Place is a dump, broken shower doors, water leaks, Breakfast is a joke, fried Dominican cheese and plantains, Terrible! The staff does not give a crap about taking care of the customers!

Fueron muy amables con nosotros, pero no nos dieron las informaciones completas sobre las bebidas que estaban en la nevera de la habitación, al final nos cobraron todas las bebidas que consumimos, sin antes avisarnos que tenían costo adicional. Nos sentamos avergonzados cuando nos abordaron en el lobby para cobrarnos las bebidas que estaban en la nevera de la habitación.

We didnt stay at the property we did another booking through expedia for centro hodelpa. Requesting a refund for matum casino hotel. Poor lighting, in the entrance no service a man sitting in the staircase made us deel unsafe. We left the hotel. We were charged twice because when we arrived the hotel asked us to pay .

La habitación que me tocó estaba cercar al parecer del área de los.empleados y se escuchan todo el tiempo en la habitación. Cuidado con el café que está en la habitación que aunque no te lo digan te lo van a cobrar, buena ubicación pero el hotel está en construcción, la piscina no está disponible.

This is a 3 star hotel under construction, very noisy, no lobby, rooms upstair, no elevator, temporary wood stairs with no railings, rude aptitude bag helper, good breakfast buffet and a nice disco.

Excellent location! I enjoyed my stay here as it is in walking distance to the Monument, bars, and restaurants. Also the staff were very friendly. However, the hotel is undergoing major renovations so there’s noise from jackhammering. Also there’s noise from the club downstairs and guests in the hallway. However, none of this bothered me because I was usually out at night partying. After the renovations, I imagine that it’ll be a wonderful place to stay.

Hotel under renovation, it’s in front of “Monumento de la Restauración”, there are interesting place to eat near of it, but taking an Uber or Taxi. It’s an old hotel, with a long history, the rooms are rural, but good air conditioning, hot water, maybe if you have a light sleep, the sound of the disco could be a problem at night.

This hotel is undergoing renovations and the reception area is a mess. The rooms are very nice, spacious and well appointed. The pool needs work and they only leave the pool area open until 6:00 pm. Their bar was closed due to renovations… it will be great (and more expensive) one day, but in the meantime there are inconveniences. The staff tries their best to deal with the service interruptions.

I was not able to sleep that day due to the fact they had a disco club downstairs and the music was on into 8:00 in the morning I made a complaint to the front desk I recommend that you don't stay there due to the fact of the fiscal Club downstairs at the music was extremely extremely loud

Casino was not open I had plans but wasn't informed it wasn't open. Cause of all the party area people at night were screaming and loud at night so barely any sleep. Place is beautiful but not if u wanna sleep at night. They need some entertainment in pool area. Other than that service was great and the property very nice

This hotel is a part of the Santiago history. Although its old and could use a lift, I had a nice stay and its across the street from the monument. The casino is closed but Hodelpa casino is 3 minutes drive.

It's an old hotel, but tbe area is pretty close to bars, and restaurants. I've never spend time in a hotel room, so the outdated part of the hotel doesn't really bother me. What's important to me is location and proximity to night life and restaurants and this hotel is steps away from all that. The staff i should say, are very nice, specially the older gentlemen at the lobby during the day he's the coolest. He makes my stay very fun and be has very good topics of conversation. I learned a lot from him.

We cut our visit short because of their security guard. No one should feel disrespected by anyone there to serve. The security guard was rude, nosey, and arrogant. Unfortunately, that was enough to make us leave. Breakfast was delicious and so are the attendants at the breakfast bar. The gentleman at the front desk was also pleasant but because of the security guard we were forced to end our visit. I have been to this place many times before and would have usually recommended it… but after this visit, Absolutely not.
