We're thrilled to have you stay with us, but we need to lay down the law. The listing price covers six lucky guests, but if you want to invite your whole crew, it's gonna cost you 20 bucks a head per night. Don't say we didn't warn you!

Now, let's talk about the great outdoors. Our property is nestled in the Caribbean surrounded by nature, so you might come across some critters that are just as excited to meet you as we are! Think of it like camping - you might see a tick, mosquito, or wasp here and there. So, if you're not one for the great outdoors, this might not be the spot for you.

We know life can throw us some curveballs, and if a pesky appliance decides to act up during your stay, we'll do our best to fix it pronto. But let's be real, we're not miracle workers, and sometimes things take longer than we'd like. Please bear with us, and we promise to get everything ship-shape as soon as possible.

Last but not least, if you're the type to forget your towel or phone charger, we've got you covered - for a price. Missing items like these will be subject to additional charges, so try not to leave anything behind or replace it with ours. We'd hate for you to have to dip into your vacation fund to cover the cost of a lost remote.

Las Charcas is part of Santiago and is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from the iconic landmark "El Monumento" at the center of Santiago (Corazon city).
Guest will have access to the entire property: both levels of the house, the front and back yards.

We want to make sure you have the best stay possible, so please tell us a little about yourselves and why you're interested in our villa. And don't worry, we won't trick you with any surprises - make sure you read the full listing and house rules so you know exactly what you're getting into.

Now, let's talk about the good stuff. Our villa is the perfect spot for nature enthusiasts who want a private oasis. Follow the 400-meter off-road trail from the main road to our outdoor living area, complete with a 100-inch screen with an HD projector, pool table, outdoor kitchen, bar, Tiki bar, pool with an integrated spa (piscusy), BBQ grill, fire ring area, and two bathrooms. You won't even have to set foot in the house!

But if you do need to use the kitchen, don't worry - we've got you covered with a sink, stove/oven, fridge, and even a stackable washer and dryer. And of course, we've got all the essentials covered, including bed linens, towels, kitchenware, and Wi-Fi.

So, let's get to the layout. The first floor is all about the outdoor living space - a huge lounge area that can fit 50+ people, a gazebo with a pool table, bar, Tiki bar, pool, outdoor kitchen, walk-around balcony, and two bathrooms with showers. Inside on the first floor, you'll find a living room and a large kitchen with a pathway window to the outdoor space. And on the second floor, an open family room with a screened-in porch, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Sounds like paradise, right?
