Prisvärt boende i centrala Santiago
Alma Bed & Breakfast har ett centralt läge i Santiago och ligger nära T-bana med vilken man lätt tar sig därifrån. Mitt rum var rymligt och badrummet utmärkt. Personalen var vänlig. Sammantaget är det ett klart prisvänligt alternativ.

Cosy affordable place
Very friendly and helpful staff/owner. The place has a cosy hostel like atmosphere (without being a hostel of course). Nice neighborhood too with some bars/cafes/restaurants. Not too far from metro station.

1. Booked double bed. Was given twin 2. Amount was $30.80 all taxes/fees included. Owner convinced me that he would convert amount to local currency. Charge was for $38 3. Breakfast promised between 8-10 but when I went at 8:40 no breakfast. Owner was too busy talking "at" another guest (which he frequently did) so hard to get his attention. In kitchen was only the food items that belonged to a family that was staying there. 4. I asked about laundry. He got dramatic at the suggestion that $25 (approx conversion) was too much for one load. And I was told it couldn't be completed until after I checked out and I would have to return. He came to my room to bother me and see if I still wanted the service yet said nothing about the missing breakfast which he saw me come looking for 20 minutes earlier. 5. All guests there seemed awkward (I.e. Having similar troubles with host because we all just wanted to get away from there). 6. Thin walls, not much privacy. 7. Listened to manager arguing with another guest for 45 minutes about booking issue. Because it's his place and he makes the rules. 8. Guy had audacity to tell me about his Christian ways and God is reason for having his hostel. LIFE IS A COMEDY!

Few times we receive comments so interested in lying and doing harm. Fortunately we know that there are a few guests like you Reed, with serious personal problems. That is why we will not discuss the mentioned points as it would be a waste of time. We regret each of the half truths you describe because we do not know the reason for your frustration. Those things we know and we have the peace of mind that did not happen that way. Finally, we do not discriminate against our clients because of their sexual inclination and we hope that by not responding to your notorious insinuations, this has resulted in a discharge of anger in your comment. Acolhedor
Estávamos vindo de um péssimo hostel e fizemos uma reserva de última hora. A funcionária Rachel nos recebeu de forma carinhosa e acolhedora, antecipou nosso check in sem custo e ainda serviu um café. Pessoal muito atencioso!

sono molto contenta dell'aiuto ricevuto dopo essere stata derubata di tutto. tutto il personale è stato molto efficiente e gentile finchè non sono ripartita per l'Italia. ancora grazie mille Alma hostel

Faltan el Respeto al Pasajero.....
Me acomodé en la primera habitación que me designaron y pase la noche sin problemas. Para la 2° noche, tomaron la decisión de cambiarme de habitación y a las 23:30 hrs. intentaron llamarme para avisarme del cambio, sin darme mayor información, cambiaron mis cosas de una habitación a otra. Como no se pudieron comunicar conmigo acepté el cambio desde una Habitación con cama matrimonial a una con de 1 1/2 Plazas. A la 6° noche, me llaman alrededor de las 20:30 Hrs., avisándome que me cambiaron nuevamente de habitación, sin darme un motivo "lógico" del porque hacerlo, sólo lo atribuían a reorganización de habitaciones. Cuando llegue a mi habitación, me di cuenta que la que había ocupado por mas de 4 noches estaba ocupada por otras personas y mis cosas estaban en una habitación en donde sólo había un camarote. Nadie fue capaz de dar una solución y me dieron la opción de tomar esa habitación o devolverme el dinero por la noche pagada, donde ya eran las 23:00 Hrs y no tenia donde buscar otro lugar. Creo que es una tremenda falta de respecto hacia un pasajero y nunca mas volveré a esta Hostal y jamás nunca la recomendaré porque nadie fue capaz de dar una solución, solo fueron excusas que no solucionaron nada. No lo recomiendo, porque si utilizas una habitación te acomodas en ella y esperas llegar todos los días al mismo lugar, pero les importa nada como pasaras la noche, solo les interesa llenar el lugar. Muchas Gracias a la persona que da el desayuno, es muy agradable.

Muy bueno acogedor y agradable
Para nosotros fue sumamente reconfortante nuestra estadía el personal es muy amable y servicial los espacios son muy agradables y el hotel es acogedor como si estuvieras en casa. Cómo tenemos un bebé nos suministraron una cuna sin visto adicional. Los desayunos son buenos y sustanciosos.

Unprofessional, no respect with clients
i stayed 30 minutes in fornt of the hotel, and nobody came to see me. i informed that i would arrive at 2AM, the manager said "no problem". I spent taxi, tired and no hotel.

Family of 4 in Santiago for 2 nights
Very cute room with simple but good breakfast. Limited wifi in the rooms, but very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend and great value for the price!
