Great bed and breakfast
Great king size bed, fantastic breakfast, nice courtyard where you can relax, great location, safe quiet and at the same time near bars, zoo, Neruda, mountain and great restaurants. Staff is so sweet and helpful we stayed there twice and will return when in Santiago!

This property is a little gem, walking distance to major attractions (La Chascona, Parque Forestall, etc), cafes, and restaurants but in a quieter part of town. Rooms and bathrooms are small but common areas (two terraced) are lovely and breakfast in the morning is generous and made to order. Highly recommended!

Gute Lage für Bellavista Viertel
Bequemes Bett und sauberes Zimmer. Gute Lage, um am Abend in Bellavista Essen zu gehen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Rezeption 24h besetzt. Die Zimmer der günstigsten Kategorie sind sehr klein, wir würden das nächste Mal ein grösseres Zimmer buchen.

The property common areas, especially the entrance and wood floors throughout the property need to be refinished and cleaned. The entrance garden needs to be watered and weeded. It is unappealing. The outdoor furniture in the entrance courtyard is also worn and not well kept. The entrance is unattractive as are the common areas. The rooms are VERY small; so small that I could not open the closet doors because they hit the bed. My room consisted on one double bed, one tiny side table with a wobbly small lamp that is unusable because the two electric plugs were used by the A/c and TV. The only English language station was the BBC. The best thing about the hotel is the powerful a/c which is a must in Santiago in the summer, the breakfast which was prepared especially for each guest, the young ladies who work at the hotel who are most kind and friendly and the security which controlled access to the property 24/7. The location of the property is a few blocks from the center of the Bellavista neighborhood. Next time, I will likely stay at a newer and better located and better maintained hotel in Lastarria which is nearer to the Center of Santiago but still in a nicely maintained and more central neighborhood of Santiago. My friend’s single room even aller than mine; it was miniscule. The shower was so small that he came to use the shower in my double room. The toilet seat in my bathroom also needs to be replaced as it kept sliding off. Better hotels in Lastarria.

Beautiful staff.
Excellent service from staff. Very helpful. Breakfast was very healthy and nice. My room is way to small for my size and this was very disappointing as when i booked the pictures didnt show such a small room and bathroom. Not suitable for anyone over 6ft and solid size.

In regards the room size, it is indeed small and it is hard to imagine size through a photo. That's why we always send our guests a message telling them the exact measurements of the room! It is our smallest room (the backpaker) and as advertised it suits someone who is more concerned with price than size. I invite you to stay in one of our other rooms the next time that have king size beds. We hope you enjoy the rest of your stay in South America. It was certainly a pleasure to have you in the hotel! Ótimo custo-benefício
Achei o local muito aconchegante, limpo e os funcionários bastante atenciosos e solícitos. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas o que é servido é saboroso. A localização é ótimo, bem próximo dos principais pontos, podendo vizitar alguns locais a pé.

Läget i Bellavista-kvarteren är fint, men mitt enkelrum hade stora brister. Dels var det väldigt litet, utan avställningsytor, dels dånade fläkten i badrummet (dåliga lager?) så att man undvek att tända ljuset. Golvet i duschen bågnade så att man kände sig osäker, och det var 'nästan' stopp i avloppet både i handfat och dusch. Frukosten var däremot utmärkt god.

Excelente atendimento da equipe da Casa Bellavista, em especial Neo e Juan muito solícitos. O ambiente é agradável, recomendo muito para mulheres que viajam sozinhas, boa localização, apesar de distar aproximadamente 1,5km da estação de metrô mais próxima. Fiquei no quarto de solteiro, que atendeu bem minhas necessidades (viajava sozinha e só ia ao hotel para dormir), apesar de ser pequeno, assim como o banheiro. A equipe deixa o hóspede muito a vontade, você mesmo pode ir à cozinha e pegar água, por exemplo. O café da manhã é servido a partir das 7h30, através de um menu simples, que você escolhe o que irá querer. Mas caso precise sair antes do horário em que o café da manhã começa a ser servido, seja para realizar um passeio ou ir embora, pode solicitar a antecipação do seu café da manhã, a equipe já deixará separado para você no horário combinado. Nas imediações do hotel há várias opções de bares, restaurante para jantar, alimentação e diversão. Super recomendo. Com certeza recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Muito bem localizado
No geral, gostei bastante do hotel, ótima localização e bem de acordo com as fotos, minha única critica é que fiquei em um quarto ao lado de uma área comum do hotel, e os hóspedes acabam fazendo muito barulho durante a noite, o que atrapalhou bastante meu horário de sono. O hotel deveria impor limites quanto ao silêncio por causa disso.

Em boa localização e equipe muito atenciosa!
O Hotel é muito bonito, limpo e tranquilo.. o quarto que fiquei fica no corredor que desce para o refeitorio e proximo da recepção, me incomdou o barulho pela manhã. Mas as pessoas são muito solicitas, o cafe da manhã, no ponto ideal e a limpeza e conforto muito bons.. Otima tambem e a localização.
