I always like staying at the NOI however it’s becoming very dated especially the rooms. Roof top still one of the better attractions but everything else feels old.

Hotel is dated and dusty. AC doesn't seem to be well maintained and bathrooms are very uncomfortable. You need to step in a bathtub to reach the window.

Beautiful property! Excellent breakfast, rooms were pretty, gorgeous spa with workout room, kind staff. Good restaurants and nice outdoor shopping center within walking distance. Definitely stay here.

Great property with great staff. Rooms a really nice and both had great views. There’s a really nice shopping center one block away with cool brands for fashion and homewares. The hotel staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Santiago.

Llegamos porque era la noche de bodas, y fue un error desde el principio; llamé para solicitar servicios y me dijieron que no podía solicitar antes de llegar, llegamos y pedimos comida al Restaurant donde “la tablet” no funcionaba y no confirmaban la solicitud, tuve que llamar a la recepción quienes tras múltiples llamadas terminamos cenando algo diferente a lo solicitado Y peor pedidos dos platos principales y solo llegó uno

Apesar de ter disponibilidade (no site), não foi concedido upgrade. Gostaria de entender porque não colocaram piso no banheiro em alguns dias, isso não seria padrão? Para variar o box banheiro estava vazando muito, quase chegando ao quarto. O ar condicionado do quarto era muito barulhento.

We booked the Terrace Suite King Room for 2 nights. Great and quiet room with a beautiful view from the balcony which also had a nice size spa for us to relax in the evening. Staff in Reception were great and there were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. We both loved the area where the hotel is located with lots and lots of great restaurants and good shopping nearby.

Boa escolha com ótima vista
O hotel é bom, mas precisa de muitas manutenções. O nosso quarto estava com o trinco da janela quebrada. Nós fomos no inverno e a porta/janela do banheiro que era de frente para o terraço não fechava por completo, ficava uma brecha por onde entrava um ar muito frio, era muito ruim ir no banheiro de madrugada, porque o frio era enorme. A jacuzzi que tinha no terraço estava bem velha, era difícil de ligar porque os botões já estavam todos apagados e tinha que ficar apertando várias vezes até funcionar. Fora isso, o quarto era bem amplo, a vista era linda. O café da manhã é bom e a equipe é muito simpática. Ficamos no quarto 801 e a vista da jacuzzi para as cordilheiras era de tirar o fôlego de tão lindo. O Room Service também é muito bom e o restaurante que fica no terraço é um dos melhores de Santiago. O hotel também fica muito próximo de vários outros restaurantes e de um shopping bem bacana, Fica em uma das regiões mais nobres de Santiago.

Agradable experiencia. Nos respetaron nuestra petición de una habitación silenciosa. Buen nivel de las instalaciones del SPA y excelente desayuno. Gran variedad y buen servicio. Solo considero que a las habitaciones y el baño les vendría bien una renovación en las terminaciones (pintura, cerámicas, etc).

Lovely spot in busy Santiago
We arrived in Santiago and rented a car. A dog at the car rental bit my hand . We went to this hotel and it was perfect, helped ease the pain! Big room, luxurious, great bed, and quiet area. Wish it was more than one night!

We have stayed n this hotel m the past when it was recently build. There has been a noticeable lack of maintenance I the rooms, bathrooms and hallways. This is not a 5 star hotel. We took several photos of all the things that are falling apart in the room. Also, the bathroom is badly planned, an accident waiting to happen. It’s impossible to get in the tub and getting out is dangerous. We communicated these things to the reception. They were supposed to respond to us on Monday, but they never did. We would like them to cancel our upcoming reservation so we can be in a newer, safer hotel.

Not worth the price paid
The hotel aims to be high end, prices are very high but the quality of products, the range of services is not in line with the prices. A few examples: - breakfast had a good variety but most of items were not the best quality. Didn’t have pancakes or waffles or any sweet hot products. Avocado needed to be paid separately, same for fresh orange juice… on a USD 230/night? - gim was pretty basic, didn’t even have a mat or kettle bell, and it was locked at 9:30 on a Sunday morning, I needed to wait more almost 10 minutes for them to open the door (was supposedly 24/7) - no restaurant available, just rooftop bar with basic options - on the room, they charged for bottled water and Dolce gusto Nescafé… that was my first! Usually you get a Nespresso machine and a few free capsules. It is a nice location, surrounded by excellent restaurants, but the service you get is too basic for the price you pay.

O hotel é incrível
O hotel nos agrada muito por essa razão sempre voltamos. O atendimento da gerente Ada é impecável . Para mim falta atenção na reposição de itens do café da manhã. Não houve um dia em que não faltaram itens como frutas, frios , bacon e ovos. a todo momento tivemos que solicitar a reposição. No Bar Tramonto no rooftop o atendimento poderia ser mais amigável e a atenção a alguns pratos do cardápio deveria ser melhor.
