'This place should have its own category for its excellence. The staff, scenery, service, rooms, Its everything! It was beyond perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat as those people take your comfort very seriously. Even the dog took care of us! Seriously. This place covers all your needs and they work with you. But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there....

'Hotel en el puro corazón de Guatapé, a un lado del parque central. Nos dieron la habitación antes para que pudiéramos guardar nuestras maletas, lo cual nos ayudó para ir de inmediato a la piedra del Peñol. Personal amable y la experiencia fue muy buena. Lo recomiendo. '

'Billigt och fint hotell med trevlig personal, hotellet är lite äldre men rent. Det enda negativa är att i vårt rum gick fönsterna inte riktigt att stänga, första natten var det varmare men andra regn och kyla vilket gjorde så att det blev lite kyligt. Men generellt ett mysigt hotell, bra frukost och lunch, väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Plus, hotellet samarbetar med 2 andra hotell, varav ett av dem har pool som man får använda gratis, detta hotell ligger på väg hem från la Piedra!'

'Goed groot hotel, junior suite is een mooie ruime kamer met balkon, mooi zwembad, redelijk restaurant. Echter toen wij er waren was het heel erg rustig, ik schat max 3 kamers bezet. Ligt buiten Guatape dichtbij El Penol, daardoor rustige locatie, Guatape heeft is levendiger met diverse restaurantjes en barretjes, met de auto in 10 min bereikbaar vanuit dit hotel.'
