'One star because the elevator fell down one floor while I was in it together with my partner. It stopped and we pressed the alarm button. After some time it started moving again and we could get out. We were both very scared by this. We told the staff but they didn’t do anything, not even closed the elevator. Besides this there were many more things wrong with the service at this hotel, but where overshadowed by this. I will update my post later with more details about the service.'

'This is an older hotel with lots of history. The Phone Bar was excellent. The Buenos Dias restaurant was excellent. The staff who seemed to be security were not always friendly. The room was clean and large but bed was too firm. Great location in the Zona Rosa and walkable to many sites. '

'Grote kamers voor - gerekend naar Mexicaanse standaard - redelijke prijs, maar wel wat gedateerd. Badkamers hebben snel renovatie nodig. Bedden met ouderwetse dekens; ik vind het een beetje smerig idee. Maar wat vooral stoort is de zeer slechte wi-fiverbinding. Waardeloos was dat. Matige airconditioning ook die de eerste nacht nauwelijks functioneerde.'

'The hotel has always been a good place to stay for a layover the last decade. Rooms are fine and clean. The only downside last year (a bit) and yesterday appalling, was the shuttle service. They left me 3 hours waiting in Terminal 1. No proper excuse nor solution. The shuttle service is poorly managed. This they should improve as before.'
