'The hotel has always been a good place to stay for a layover the last decade. Rooms are fine and clean. The only downside last year (a bit) and yesterday appalling, was the shuttle service. They left me 3 hours waiting in Terminal 1. No proper excuse nor solution. The shuttle service is poorly managed. This they should improve as before.'

'Een prima hotel, schoon , modern en service gericht.
Reistijd in afhankelijk van de erg drukke omgeving, zeker als beide terminals worden aangedaan.
Het restaurant staat los van het hotel qua operatie , is eenvoudig maar wel 24 uur open.
Excursie is zo geregeld.
De omgeving is echter niet uitnodigend voor een wandeling.'

'The hotel feels already quite old, and especially it’s very noisy. I think the sound insulation in between rooms should be much better, also my door was lightweight versus what they should be. I could hear every sound from the hallway, including early departures at 04:00 in the morning.
Price is ok and the shuttle to the airport is very convenient, but I wouldn’t book again even for the night before departure.'

'The hotel as such is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired for. We chose this hotel because they offer a round the clock airport shuttle. We paid more for this hotel because of this service. When we checked in, we were informed that the next morning the shuttle wouldn't run for a while, but they would order a taxi (that we had to pay). 'The property is excellent: very clean, spacious rooms, nice restaurant and coffee shop, with staff that were professional and kind.
My only complaint is that I couldn't contact the property in advance to set up the airport shuttle, and that when I took it to the airport it runs only on the hour (not half hour) so I had to arrive very early for my flight. Not a major deal, but worth noting.'

'Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices.
