About this space
This air-conditioned suite is comprised of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath. The well-equipped kitchenette features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. Featuring a terrace with sea views, this suite also offers a tea and coffee maker and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The unit offers 2 beds.
Peaceful quiet, imaginary sea view and family hospitality are the three main words that can describe my place. Kalipso house is located in a unique spot and it is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, bus station and other facilities.
The house is recently renovated and accessible through a traditional path. Just 2 minutes away (walking distance) is the lovely black beach of Kamari with crystal clear waters.
The space
We try our guest to leave like the local people and the most important for us is to feel ''home''.
Right after your arrival we offer you local wine .
~We can also provide all the usefull and necesary information you may need to make your vacation easier.

~Guest are kindly requested not to flush toilet paper or any other objects down the toilet as thereis dangerof overflow, please use the bins provided.

~Pease note that the tap water in Santorini is not drinkable, for this reason you are provided with a bottle of water upon your arrival.
~Water is a precious resource use it wisely
~There is an outdoor shower at the front yard, where you can use it to clean any sand left on your feet to avoid clogging your bathroom drain

~SMOKING & COOKING FISH IS STRICTLY PROHIBITE

~Since we recommended our guests to come to Moschatos Beach House for peace and relax, we kindly request that you do not play loud music or have the television at a full volume especially between the hours of 15:00 ~17:30 and 23:00~07:00(under police order).
~Personal laundry facilities available on site ~done by our maid and charged @12EUR per load, if requested.24 hours turnaround required.
Other things to note
Due to the new covid 19 greek regulation policy:
• Some of the kitchen utilities are provided upon request at daytime
