Trouw te blijven aan het traditionele karakter van het eiland, onze 2 acres, Sea View Villa is alles over de mooie mix van comfort, luxe en elegantie. Sea View Villa is ruim en baadt in natuurlijk licht. Het is geschikt voor maximaal zeven personen waardoor het ideaal is voor gezinnen, koppels, of een groep vrienden maakt. Het beschikt over 3 slaapkamers (2 grote slaapkamers van ongeveer 17 sq. M. Elk), 2 badkamers, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, prachtig ingerichte woonkamer, eethoek, 2 gemeubileerde veranda (uitzicht op zee en uitzicht op de bergen), barbecue, parkeerplaats en 1000 sq. m. van de tuin.
Villa biedt veel privacy door zijn structuur, de locatie en de omliggende tuinen. Het is gelegen in Kamari, dicht bij het strand, restaurants, winkels, de 8e eeuw B. C. archeologische vindplaats van het oude Thira, de luchthaven en de bushalte.
Begin de dag met een kopje koffie op het balkon aan de Griekse zonnige luie dag te genieten of pak wat fruit uit onze tuin en maak een lange wandeling langs het strand voordat u terug te keren naar de comfortabele woonkamer om te ontspannen. Bereid uw maaltijden in de volledig uitgeruste keuken of een bbq met uw familie en vrienden.
Sea View Villa is ontworpen in 1986 door Efi Romiliou die was gewijd aan een onvergetelijk verblijf in Santorini voor familie van de eigenaar en hun gasten van over de hele wereld te garanderen. Het beschikt over moderne faciliteiten, veelzijdige diensten en chique esthetiek waardoor het de perfecte vakantie plek in Kamari Beach.
Als u op zoek bent naar een relaxte plek in Santorini eiland in de buurt van het beroemde zwarte strand niet verder kijken.

Maximum Occupancy: maximum occupancy is 8 people and total number of guests must be clearly stated during booking. Extra person fees apply. Guests of guests are not allowed to stay overnight. Check-in and Checkout Times: always agreed upon, pre-arrival. Please send arrival and departure times along with flight number and/or ferry name pre-arrival. Appliances: only use appliances for their intended uses. Housekeeping: there is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. While linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. General Property Condition: please keep the property and all furnishings in good order System Failure: in case of failure of a system or amenity during your stay, including but not limited to, water, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical, structural systems, major appliances, or entertainment equipment, the owners shall promptly repair them. You agree to permit access to the property to make repairs. Personal Belongings: the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Safety deposit box is provided. Health and Safety: the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. First aid kit along with nearby medical facilities contact information and location are provided. Roof Top Access: access to the rooftop is strictly forbidden. Basement Access: access to the basement is strictly forbidden. Water: the property is connected to the municipality water supply and has its own water supply (well). Tap water (municipality and well) is not drinkable. Mineral water will be provided during your arrival and you will need to purchase extra. Septic: the septic system is effective; however, it will clog up if toilet paper and/or other improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything. If it is found that items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged the cost of the unclogging service. Access: guest shall allow owners access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owners shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

Beautiful villa, great host.

The Villa is spacious, clean, well decorated and fully stocked. We even had little snack gifts from the host, Christina. Property manager, Tassos, was wonderful and extremely helpful. Our only issue was that the location was pretty secluded. You NEED a car. If you like secluded beaches, then you'll love it as the sea is 2 minutes away but the main Kamari beach is a 30 minute walk away.

Secluded villa away from it all...but close to so many things.

Christina is amazing...a very attentive host. We (4 ladies) arrived from the ferry and arranged for a taxi to take us to the house (about 30 min). Tassos, our second host arranged for a rental car from the airport to be dropped off at the house for us...which was perfect. You definitely need a car to stay at this location. The villa is only a 5-10 min drive to Kamari Beach. We also did Venetsanos Winery...a 15 min drive from the villa...which had the most breath taking sunset views. Oia is a 45 min drive...left at 10am, found parking easily and walked the little town, shopped and had lunch there...spent half a day there. Also did a sailing tour around the island which was great, we were able to see the Red Beach, the White Beach, have a barbecue lunch, enjoy a nice swim...was just perfect. Also had dinner at Sea Side by Notos...such a cute restaurant (thanks Tassos for the tip). The trip was wonderful, totally happy with our stay there, and would definitely recommend! Only suggestions: -If you book a car, don't spend the money on a taxi to the airport. The villa is literally 5 min away from the airport, and the taxis were 40 euros for 2 people (limited taxi service there). Arrange to drop the car off at the airport. -Wifi in the house only works in the front part of the house...wish it extended to the bedrooms. -Second bathroom is small (perfect for kids), but for adults, kind of challenging to shower so the 4 of us ended up sharing one shower.

Beautiful & cosy villa - super close to the beach!

We stayed at Sea View Villa in June for 4 days! This spot is literally amazing. Everything was perfect - the villa is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and spotless clean. The location was very convenient as it is super close to the beach, which was almost empty when we stayed there. A mini market and a beach bar is close at hand. It takes about a 15 minutes walk to the city centre of Kamari, where you have a very large number of restaurants, cafes and shops. Fira and Oia are approximately a 20-30 minute drive away. Christina the owner was extremely friendly and super helpful throughout our entire stay. She gave us very helpful information which was priceless as she is a local Santorini resident. The attention to detail and the service which comes with this villa makes one feel super comfortable - we felt very pampered and really well looked after. We would definitely recommend it.

Everything you need...

As the description says it is a very big and spacious villa with an even bigger garden surrounding it. Everything was very clean and well-maintained and we didn't miss anything.Espaecially the BBQ was like a dream come true. You could even roast a whole lamb or goat (which we had) as the pit itself is more then 60 in wide. We had great evenings enjoying the food and sitting on the balconies. The owner Christina was very kind and helpful and gave us great tips about the whole island. We would recommend this villa for families or groups. It is located very near to kamari with great beaches, nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Beautiful property, great stay!

Everyone has a dream destination, and Santorini has always been mine. So, when my friends and I were planning our summer 2016 vacation, we knew that Santorini was the perfect destination. We chose to stay at a private house instead of a hotel for the privacy and the tranquility and Christina's villa turned to be the ideal place! House (indoors and outdoors) was large enough for the 6 of us and we just loved walking down the beach, as we didn't need to wait for each other to get ready; we could just meet at the beach! I wanna go back soon!

Totally Recommended! Best Host!

Villa is excellent, super comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. Christina is THE local expert and very quick in her responses! She was nice enough to share a to-do list prior to our arrival, which allowed us to do better trip planning ("must do" tags on the list were super helpful) and even helped us with local tickets and restaurant reservations.

Awesome house! Awesome host!!!

We booked this house for a our vacation in Santorini last summer! It's is a beautiful house with spacious rooms, and all the facilities and amenities you would find in a hotel! The verantas were an ideal relaxation spot with fantastic sea view. Walking down the beach takes less that a minute!! There is also a very nice bar at the end of the road! The host was very helpful and hospitable and responded to us within a few hours! The location is great and we really enjoyed watching the planes go by! We totally recommend it!! Tip: ask the host for local suggestions! Must try what she recommends!! She's the best!!

The most memorable experience !!!!!

We had such a lovely stay and the best pre-arrival experience thanks to our host Christina. Christina helped us plan our 4 day stay on the island and that was the best part of the trip as we had a truly local experience. Villa is in excellent condition, spacious, with a beautiful garden. We even picked figs and grapes from the garden for breakfast :). Thank you Christina! We will be back!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus!

Ich habe die SeaView Villa mit meinem Mann und Kind für eine Woche reserviert und würde es immer wieder machen wenn ich auf Santorin bin. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten am Strand und das Dorf Kamari ist auch nur 3 Minuten mot dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus an sich ist auch sehr schön, hell und geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das tollste am Haus sind die Balkons und der Garten. Christina, die Besitzerin war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt alles sehr empfehlenswert!! Alex
