spectacular sunsets. Within our estate, we proudly cultivate our own grapes for house wine, alongside a bounty of organic local produce--figs, tomatoes, olives, pomegranates, Santorinis white aubergine, prickly pears, and wild herbs. Harnessing the fertility of volcanic soil and
harvested rainwater, our gardens flourish. Comprising two distinct and private houses adjacent to each other, The Estate offers flexibility, allowing for separate rentals or combined accommodations for larger gatherings. Long-term rental options are also available. Crafted with the utmost respect for the historic Martinou School, our property showcases a commitment to local materials and traditional techniques--think al fresco walls, stone floors, and walls. The furnishings and artwork weave a rich narrative, drawing from the owners family collection and heirlooms, as well as featuring traditional handcrafted furniture and contemporary additions for unparalleled comfort.
