We are located right on the beachfront; just cross the street to enjoy the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a fan. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that accommodates up to 2 people, preferably children. For your convenience, we offer two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, electric oven, and mini-fridge, ideal for preparing small meals. The apartment also has a balcony with a beautiful sea view. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.
Guests will have access to all the building's leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and gym. In addition, they can use the Clube XV beach facilities, which offer a large beach tent with tables, chairs, and bar service on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
We accept one small pet per rental, provided the animal relieves itself in an appropriate place. It is important to note that there is an additional fee for the pet's presence, which must be included in the number of guests. When bringing their pet, the guest is responsible for any damage caused to the furniture, especially the cleaning of upholstery and carpets, at a cost of up to R$300.00.
