The apartment has 1 bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.

We provide bed linens for a double bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays of up to 3 nights, there is no linen change. For stays longer than 4 nights, please request a change 48 hours in advance.

For 3 or 4 guests, bring a double sheet (without elastic) for the sofa bed, a single sheet for the mattress, and extra towels. Don't forget beach towels and a sarong to enjoy the sun!

The American-style kitchen features a 2-burner induction cooktop (no frying), microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric oven, sandwich maker, pots and pans, and basic utensils, perfect for simple meals.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood, with 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in, swimming pool, and gym. There is also a self-service laundry facility in the building (Bubble Box), available for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the building's leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and gym, as well as the Clube XV beach bar with tables, chairs, and bar service on weekends.

We accept 1 small pet per rental, provided it relieves itself in an appropriate area. There is an additional fee for the pet, which must be included in the total number of guests.
