Accommodations and amenities:

The apartment has one bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. In addition, you can enjoy a delightful balcony with a beautiful sea view. We provide sheets for the double bed, 2 towels, a dish towel, a floor cloth, and a bath mat. Note: guests must bring bedding for the sofa bed (queen or king-size sheet – preferably without elastic). Don't forget to bring your bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and a sarong to enjoy the sun!

Fully equipped kitchen:

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a single-burner induction cooktop, pots and pans, and basic kitchen utensils, ideal for comfortably preparing small meals.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in Santos, right on the beachfront. You will have access to 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in with the reception staff, a swimming pool, and a gym for your leisure and safety.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the condominium's leisure area, which includes a swimming pool with panoramic views and a gym. Guests can also use the beach facilities of the XV club, which offers a large beach tent with tables, chairs, and bar service on weekends.

We recognize that your pet is part of the family! We are pleased to inform you that we accept 1 small pet per rental, provided they know how to relieve themselves in an appropriate place.
