'Wonderful boutique hotel, converted from a historic walled village. Owner was most gracious and welcoming. Truly a delightful experience. Breakfast was great. And the restaurant was exceptional. Charming. Could not rank more highly'

'De kamers is netjes en proper. De gangen in hotel zijn wel wat aan vernieuwing toe. Het ontbijt is SUPER (wel geen eitjes) maar men kan op het terras buiten lekker ontbijten. De bediening van de garçons is Super en zijn héél vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men wordt vriendelijk ontvangen in het restaurant en het eten is er lekker.

'Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !'
'Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era ampia, confortevole e molto pulita. Tanti piccoli accorgimenti molto utili per chi soggiorna. La colazione semplice ma genuina e abbondante: ottima la crostata fatta in casa! L'ultimo tratto per raggiungere il casale è una strada sterrata che però è in ottime condizioni e quindi non presenta nessuna difficoltà anche con auto normali. Posto molto consigliato!!'
'We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel San Gemini! It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus.

'This time we stayed three nights in Villa Mustafà. The location was ideal to explore Assisi, Perugia and Monte Falco. This is absolutely one of our favourite places to stay in the whole of Italy. The host Paola provides an absolutely delicious breakfast with home grown produce. When we arrived, Monte Falco was busy with a 'spectacolo' dance event and the town was very busy but Paola helpfully called to make a restaurant reservation. '
