'Hotel excelente '

'We had a luxury hotel experience here, with excellent meals and great amenities. I have 2 remarks though. Firstly, the level of English of some of the reception staff was a bit lacking, which made it difficult to communicate with them. Secondly, when checking in, a R$400 charge was taken from my credit card as a safety. In itself that's understandable, but upon checking out, instead of deducting this from the amount that was due, I had to pay the full amount due on top of this, with the promise...

'Warm welkom. Er wordt goed geluisterd. Als Marriotlid krijg je bovendien een heerlijk welkomstdrankje aangeboden. Heel goed bed. Gezellige bar en prima advies bij het ujitzoeken van de wijn. Op slechts 5 minuten shutlle van de airport. Heerlijk geslapen.'

'O quarto é bom, mas o banheiro precisa de reforma , a sauna é suja e os produtos de toaletes são de péssima qualidade e em saquinhos. Em contrapartida, o café da manhã é muito bom e a localização é excelente '

'Incrível! Localização de fácil acesso por grandes avenidas. Praticamente não peguei trânsito. Muito coneviente pois está praticamente ao lado do aeroporto de Congonhas e em frente ao shopping Iguatemi. Ótimas opções de alimentação ao redor.'
