Industrial studio in the heart of Pinheiros with complete leisure area and pool with an awesome view

Industrial apartment in the heart of Pinheiros next to Oscar Freire, well illuminated with a high view, garage, has custom furniture and one of the best locations in the neighborhood. The building is very complete with gym, sauna, a big pool with a great view and complete leisure area.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us an ID photo of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

THE APARTMENT

The studio with bespoke furniture is very well decorated in the industrial style, in gray and black colors and with wooden elements bringing an air of sophistication and modernity, its extended balcony and large windows make it spacious and with a high view to give light to the room. The 6-door wardrobe with mirror next to the bed helps to give more spaciousness to the room.

With a good number of drawers and shelves, there's plenty of space to organize your things, in addition to a kitchen with a fridge, induction stove, microwave, television in front of the double bed, the bathroom is recently renovated with a marble sink following the style and the colors of the apartment, everything for you to stay cozy and relax in one of the most chic neighborhoods in the city of São Paulo.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Located in the Pinheiros district, Rua Capote Valente is next to Avenida Rebouças and parallel to Rua Oscar Freire, one of the most sophisticated streets in São Paulo with designer stores, renowned restaurants and bars and cafes for all tastes such as Arturito da Chef Paola Carosella, the President of Erick Jacquin, Paris 6 and a wide range of options from Jardins e Pinheiros.

Close to Oscar Freire station and Shopping El Dorado you can easily find yourself inserted in the heart of one of the most noble areas of the city, with easy access to main avenues and Marginal Pinheiros that take you anywhere you need to go.

The VN Capote Building is one of the most modern and complete in the region, it has a garage, gym, laundry, pet space, community garden, gourmet space, co-working, bike rack, kids space and other leisure spaces to enjoy your stay, in addition to a sauna and a huge pool that sunbathes all day and offers an incredible view, with lounge chairs to lie on and relax while you get that tan.
