'The whole staff was very friendly with us. They offered an excellent service, a very good br akfast. Suitcase storage was possible. They recommended diner places althought they are their competitors. The rooms are quite big and reasonably clean. The price for a big city as São Paulo is very reasonable. We were very pleased to stay here.'

'The place was very good for a short stay. Communication with staff should be improved in English; more staff needed to attend guests coming from flights in the early hours of next day (between 00:00 and 6:00am). Overall, a pleasant, well done and practical hotel at the airport.'

'The only thing is when I booked through Expedia I wasn't able to pay and could only reserve and it would have been better to pay immediately because I was buying for someone else who didn't have a Credit card and when they arrived they had to call me in the middle of the night to arrange payment and that wa difficult because I was on a different time zone and it was 2am my time'
