Studio Wide Rebouças

Complete and renovated studio at Helbor Wide on Avenida Rebouças in the Pinheiros neighborhood, easy access to Jardim Paulista and Faria Lima. With a flat and tree-lined view from the twentieth floor, the apartment is elegant and cozy, has a balcony and parking space as well as a heated pool on the roof, cinema, mall, restaurants and complete leisure.

The building offers separate laundry facilities in its common areas, outside the apartment.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us an ID photo of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our support hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

THE APARTMENT

A fully renovated studio decorated in a modern and elegant style, complete with a screened-in balcony, work area, dining table, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, wine cups, 42" television, bed queen-size and white marble bathroom with window, hygienic shower and new shower.
The large three-door wardrobe with rail and mirror brings spaciousness to the accommodation and the chandeliers and bedside lights add elegance and comfort to the environment. In addition to air conditioning and a refined and clean decor, the view of the Pinheiros neighborhood is tree-lined and has no buildings in front.

We offer comfortable and new bedding, bath towels, iron, hangers, washing machine built into the joinery, bathroom with central heating, shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. Everything for your stay to be as complete and reserved as possible.

Located in Pinheiros in the residential hotel building Helbor Wide, a high standard complex located between Rua dos Pinheiros and Faria Lima. Close to Eldorado and Iguatemi malls and a wide range of restaurants and bakeries in one of the most sophisticated neighborhoods in São Paulo.
