To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests must provide the following details after the booking is confirmed:

✔️ Full name
✔️ Passport or Brazilian CPF
✔️ Date of birth
✔️ Photo of an official ID (RG, Driver’s License, or Passport)

⚠️ Important: Apartment access will only be granted after all guest registrations are completed. The smart lock code will be shared through the platform chat 24–48h before check-in.

Minors: According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990 (ECA, Art. 82), accommodation for children and teenagers is only allowed with parents/legal guardians present or with proper authorization.

🚨 House Rules

Mandatory registration – All guests and visitors must be registered in advance for building access.

No parking available – There is no parking on-site or public parking nearby. Borba Gato Metro Station (Line 5 – Lilás) is less than 600m away and a great alternative.

Respect the neighborhood – This is a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful to staff and residents.

Supplies provided – Toilet paper, soap, and liquid shampoo (1 per guest per night), plus towels, sheets, and a comforter for your stay.

Residential use only – The unit cannot be used for photo shoots, recordings, or professional services.

No luggage storage – Before check-in or after check-out.

Entry only during agreed hours – Access to the building will only be granted within pre-arranged times.

No visitors allowed – For security reasons, unregistered visitors are not permitted.

Pets – Allowed upon request.

No smoking – Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the condominium.
