The scent of the lobby was delightful -, beds were a little smaller then expected but everything else made up for it- outdoor pool was saltwater and freshening but very quiet area breakfast was a charge but delicious'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful.
The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??

'Great weekend getaway from NYC! Love that you can take MetroNorth and walk to this hotel which has large efficiency rooms! Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean. Free breakfast had a lot of choices (not just bagged muffins, LOL). The rooftop bar is really fun and has a great view. SoNo has a lot of restaurants, great breweries, and a nice beach nearby! '

'The property was excellent and we enjoyed our experience. Lots of great options for breakfast. Comfortable beds and even a decent sleeper sofa. We had two dogs and this hotel is very pet friendly. Not an unreasonable pet fee either for both. '

'Good location, close to Norwalk but in a very quiet and peaceful area. Even with ongoing renovation, we had a great stay and enjoyed the pool and breakfast (not-included).
This doesn't affect review and it was situational but the fire alarm was triggered while we were at the pool (6pm) but everything was back to normal in 10 minutes.'
