'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'The online check-in couldn’t validate my payment. The reception desk (during normal hours) was unattended. Nobody answered when I called their number to organize access to my room. I had to wait 30 minutes in my car in torrential rain before anyone called back. The floor in my room was sloped and the furniture was dated and in poor condition. Although cheap ai wouldn’t recommend staying there. '

'Beach view was obstructed, cabin had not been renovated, no seperate seating area, no dishwasher, no oven or barbecue and we had to wash amything that we wanted to use in the kitchen because everything was dirty or oily.'
