'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century.
The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'
'There did not seem to be an 'on-site' Reception. I believe they cover several properties.
I arrived late (after 9 pm) and I was lucky there was a staff member around. My key was left in an envelope on the door of reception.'

'Ruime kamer met een prima bed. De kamers zijn wel erg gehorig en iets gedateerd. Gedateerd geldt overigens voor het hele resort. Tegenvaller was het ontbijtbuffet. Weinig keuze en de koffie was er niet bij inbegrepen en moest los afgerekend worden.'
