'We had such a smooth late check-in and the staff were very accommodating with our requests as we were a large group of people. The cabins were very clean and the view just picturesque! Such a relaxing spot to unwind and lots of fun for the kids. The facilities were just perfect! '

'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Seashells apartments, it's in a great location, close to town and Merimbula beach. The apartment was very clean and spacious with good amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, pool and car spot. Michael and Kristen were lovely hosts. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.'

Their in-house bistro and bar was excellent with plenty of other eateries nearby. A continental breakfast with fresh local croissants and muesli and fresh chilled milk provided. '
