THINGS TO KNOW
For an additional fee ($5 or $25 per week per person), you and your guests can also access a number of Sapphire Valley resort amenities including swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home. Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. The master bedroom is on the main level. There are two queen bedrooms upstairs. The bunk room is on the downstairs level. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
