'対応してくれたスタッフの方は皆親切でした。お風呂も清潔でのんびりすごせ、何回か入りました。タオルが脱衣所にもあればより快適。高齢な両親と行ったため、和室は過ごしにくいかなと思いましたが予想以上に過ごしやすかったです。ただ、周辺に歩いて行ける観光場所やアミューズメント的なところはほぼ無いため、ある程度札幌の中心街で遊んでから夕方以降にチェックインすると良いかもです。チェックアウト後に周りのカフェやおみやげ屋さん見て回るのおすすめです。'

'施設は年季が入っているが、それを上回るサービス。近場のホテルと協賛しプロジェクションマッピングのイベントをやっており近くにジンギスカン屋もあり満足。北海道に行ったらまた泊まりたいと思う'

'Room was spacious and clean. They provided a lot of space to store your stuff (closet, plenty drawers, etc). It seemed the window could not be opened, but they provided an air humidifier.... No info about coinlaundry, I had to find one myself which was about 15-20 minutes away from the hotel.... That was kind of inconvenient.... '

'Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean and spacious room with big bath tub for your own "onsen" . Each room has its own shielded parking. A petrol station is just beside. Although a little far to Sapporo city area, but easy to access as just beside the main roads. Generally, nice hotel. Thanks. '

'Had an amazing stay! Loved our relaxing time there and the city was beautiful. Went on a lovely hike. Hug and Momo were so sweet and such a great treat! The hosts were so welcoming and also had great recommendations for our trip going forward! Would love to stay again! '
