Thankfully are room was two floors away but I shouldn’t even have to think of that at all! I had to tell them I would be checking my room and they made it sound like it was no big deal! Bedbugs are a HUGE deal! Especially with having children! Ridiculous!'

'We stayed one night. We had the king corner room. The ac was deliciously cold. I never heard or saw any other guests unless I was in the lobby. The city view at night was pleasant. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not really comfortable and I would have liked to have access to a mini fridge. However, it was overall a very pleasant stay,'

'The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...
