'Clean, updated rooms with good amenities and coffee. Helpful staff. Pleasant, open community spaces.'

'The hotel seemed quite new or well very well preserved. Great room with nice city view. Located close to the center with many options on bars, restaurants and shopping. Reception personnel was very friendly. It may get noisy occasionally due to the train rails and close by sport activities.'

'Generally we had a good experience in this hotel.'

'Beds extremely uncomfortable, AC did not get cold'

'Staff'

'Gorgeous art galleries and friendly staff. Our room was clean and spacious and our stay was lovely. We will be back for sure!'

'We hadden Expedia VIP maar daar hebben we helaas niets van gemerkt. Personeel had ook geen zin in een gesprek er over. Locatie is prima. Hotel beetje verouderd. Prima voor het doel van het bezoek'

'If you're looking for windows, my room didn't have any. And what a BLESSING! First time I've stayed in a downtown metro area where I could sleep well because there were no sirens and horn honkings! You're right in downtown, yet tucked away. Once you get inside, you'll be glad you chose it.'
