A Bayside Treasure - Uitzonderlijk uitzicht op het water !!

Onze ruime (1400 m²) luxe derde verdieping condominium is volledig gerenoveerd en professioneel ingericht !! Deze bovenste verdieping condominium heeft een spectaculair uitzicht op de Intracoastal Waterway vanuit de woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken, slaapkamer en 18 'gescreend Lanai met glazen schuifdeuren.

Toegang tot onze niet-roken-eenheid is via een eigen trap. U kunt wandelen naar het beroemde witte zand Crescent Beach van Siesta Key (gekozen als America's Best Beach door Dr. Strand) via een privépad aan de overkant van de straat. Vis of boot in de privélagune. Zwem in het verwarmde zwembad naast het clubhuis, geniet van een partijtje tennis op de tennisbanen op het terrein of wandel gewoon door het prachtig aangelegde 14 hectare grote complex.

Onze unit is voorzien van airconditioning en heeft ook plafondventilatoren in elke kamer. De woonkamer is voorzien van een echte Ekornes Stressless lederen fauteuil en lederen sectionele met poef, plus 50 'HD Smart TV, DVR voor uw kijkplezier, DVD / Blue Ray-speler en stereo-installatie met CD-speler. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een complete badkamer met inloopdouche, een aparte kleedruimte met inloopkast en een 32-inch flatscreen-tv met kabelzenders. Het heeft ook een nieuwe Lenovo-computer voor uw gebruik, met Frontier hi-speed draadloze router / modem, plus Hewlett-Packard-printer / copier / fax / scanner.

De gast slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden, grote kast, flatscreen 19 'kabel-tv en volledig gerenoveerd badkamer. Alle benodigde linnengoed zijn aanwezig, en een full-sized wasmachine en droger zijn in de eenheid.

De keuken van onze chef-kok is volledig uitgerust en biedt functies zoals een ingebouwde glazen kookplaat, ingebouwde oven / magnetron, bestek van de chef, keuken-mixer en alle kookgerei en gerechten die u nodig hebt om een gastronomische maaltijd te bereiden . De schoonmaak wordt verzorgd aan het einde van uw verblijf, zodat u geen zware schoonmaak hoeft te doen omdat uw bezoek ten einde loopt. Aanvullende huishoudelijke diensten zijn beschikbaar tegen een extra vergoeding.

Winkels en restaurants liggen op loopafstand. Openbaar vervoer is in de buurt beschikbaar voor verder onderzoek. Sarasota heeft wereldberoemde winkels, restaurants en culturele attracties en ligt op korte rijafstand van de beroemdste toeristische bestemmingen in Florida.

Everything you could want or need!

The condo was even better than the pictures! Everything was spotless and anything you could think of that your family may want or need was provided. The view from the patio was beautiful with lots of boats going by. The property was very clean and quit. About a 10 min walk to the beach through private beach access. Overall will definitely return to this condo next time we are in Siesta Key! Thank you

All Amenities Provided!

The condo was immaculate upon arrival! It was well stocked with anything you could want or need for a family vacation! Beach essentials - beach towels, chairs, wagon, beach umbrellas & cooler. Plenty of clean linens and towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever found while being on a vacation - even a deep steam pot, which came in handy when we cooked a low country boil with crab legs! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and having breakfast and dinner while watching boats come and go. The owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The master bedroom mattress was very firm and as side sleeper, that was a bit uncomfortable which I think could easily be fixed with a mattress topper but that’s the only small suggestion I would make. Overall, a great property and would definitely book again!

Fantastic view

Very comfortable with fantastic view of the intercoastal. So close to the beach and everything you could think of for a beach day. Hosts communicate quickly and were nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this amazing retreat.

Wonderful condo and location

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean. The kitchen has everything imaginable for cooking/meal prep. We enjoyed eating on the patio with the view of the Inter -coastal waterway. We saw many boats and even spotted a couple of dolphins. The beach is a short walk away. Jim and Audrey, our hosts were just a message/phone call away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Siesta Key/Sarasota.

Nice location

This condo is just as pictured. It was very clean and has a well stocked kitchen if you would choose to cook while visiting. The location was nice…a short walk to beach and restaurants and small village grocery store. The best part was boat watching from the lanai.

The condo had everything we needed and is well laid out. Very clean and nice! The pictures in the ad looked exactly like the real thing. We have stayed on both the bayside and oceanside. You get more room for the price on the bay side with just a little more walk to the beach. The view from the Lanai was very nice to be able to watch boats go by. We ended up seeing a couple of dolphins swimming alongside a yacht and one manatee while eating lunch. The Siesta Key area is great, a lot of restaurants, feels really safe for a family and a great vacation spot. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful stay is Siesta Key

A Bayside Treasure for sure! Well appointed, well stocked condo was exactly as described. Waterfront view of inter-coastal was awesome way to to start every day. The location was also good with short walk to beach, stores, market, and restaurant. We hope to be back soon!

Fabulous condo

We have been visiting the area for 20 years and have never experienced anything like this stay. Normally absolutely nothing is provided but when we arrived having done a full publix shop we saw that the owners were kind enough to leave condiments, washing liquids, and a very well equipped kitchen. We left for Longboat key today and the difference is huge. The condo does not even provide anything plastic for pool use so we had to buy glasses etc. Lisa and Mat Norton

We have stayed twice. You cannot beat this location! Make sure everyone in your party is able to handle walking up stairs to access the condo. The patio view is so beautiful watching the boats come and go. Very responsive hosts.

The condo was so clean, comfortable and in a great location. We loved watching the boats and dolphins from the lanai. I can honestly say I don’t think I have ever stayed at a place so well equipped with anything and everything you could ask for. The kitchen is more stocked than my house! Exceptional Condo

You should not pass up an opportunity to stay at this beautiful and spacious condo. Everything you need is here! Every appliance is here. Soaps and paper goods in abundace. All you need to buy during your stay is food. Umbrellas, chairs, wagon, coolers, and towels, are here. We stayed for two weeks. It was the best vacation we ever took. The beaches, including Turtle Beach, were all magnificent.

We had a wonderful time here. Everything that you need is here for you. Stocked kitchen, thick towels and comfy beds. Great communication with owners.
