Amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location (right next to Stickney Point Bridge), easy check-in, and everything we needed was provided. Clay was friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Sarasota! The house was clean, comfortable, and as described. The queen sized bed was especially comfortable and made it easy to relax after long days out. The host is very nice, responsive, and was helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent — close to everything and only about 5 minutes from Siesta Beach, which made beach trips incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this little place. It was perfect. It was quiet. It was in a beautiful neighborhood. The host is very helpful . Quick to respond and very friendly. We will definitely be booking here again. We were able to get to the beach in less than five minutes whichever beach we wanted to go to in the area. Everything you need within a couple of minutes from the house the house had every amenity you could need we have absolutely nothing to complain about highly recommended.

It was a cute, great location. Close to beaches, a short drive. Shopping is less than 5 minutes. The host was very accommodating and had open communications with me prior to me arriving. I would stay there again for sure.

The location is great and the space is nice. The backyard is not fenced in like the photos show so if we had brought our dog it would have been an issue. Other than that, it was a great stay.

A nice quiet neighborhood and a good area for walking. We had all of the amenities we needed and it was nicely decorated. We would stay there again!

Ground floor duplex, with parking in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Any closer to Siesta Key Beach you would have to literally be on the island. Perfect stay for the two of us - spacious eating and living area. With a large bedroom and supremely comfortably queen size bed. Small bath with great shower and small equipped, workable kitchen. Washer and dryer and beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. Near to everything, including Publix, and walkable to a great restaurant, Grillsmith. Easy drive to Downtown and St Armands Circle and 5 minutes to Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Village. Clay was extremely responsive. A visit with zero problems. Looking forward to returning.

Lovely house in a great location

The house and area are great. Just a short cycle to the beaches, stores, restaurants and bars close by too. Clay, the host, is very helpful and understanding, he lives close by and definitely goes beyond expectations. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing!

Clay was an amazing host. right next to crescent Beach. It only took maybe 5 minutes to public parking. The house is very nice, and perfect for a couples getaway. Very nice neighborhood as well. It is also just minutes from siesta key, and endless places to eat. We will definitely be coming back to stay here.
