Beautiful Family Home in the Heart of Pinecraft!

Welcome to this cozy, comfortable, brand-new home in the heart of Pinecraft, Sarasota's most popular place for northerners to enjoy time in the Florida sunshine!


The home is new construction, finished within the last few years, and is set up with comfort in mind. The couches in the living room have multiple built in recliners and cup holders, and the TV is very large, with cable provided.

Upon entry, you will see the open floor plan, with the living room, kitchen, and dining room connected and spacious with high ceilings. The kitchen has gorgeous stone countertops, custom cabinetry, an island with barstool seating, a keurig coffee machine, and everything you need for cooking at home!

There are two bedrooms available with comfortable beds- a queen and a full. Both rooms have closets with hanging space available and dressers for guest us, as well. Each bedroom has it's own thermostat so you can keep the temperature to your preferred setting. There are also ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as the living room.

There is one full bathroom available for guest use, with a tub/shower combo and vanity with plenty of storage! Please note: there is no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap provided.

The laundry room is available for free laundry for guests to use and has a small dedicated "office area" with a built in desk and comfortable chair if you need to do work while you're here.

Right off of the living room is a pair of french doors that lead to the patio, where you will find a Traeger grill and outdoor dining area- a round table with seating for 4 as well as a plastic picnic table.The patio is screened in to help combat those pesky Florida mosquitoes! There are corn hole boards you can use and set up in the backyard for a fun time, and plenty of lawn chairs as well as one sun lounger so you can get some tanning in!

At this home you are in walking to distance to multiple Amish restaurants, an outdoor produce market, ice cream shops, a coffee shop, and Pinecraft park where there's often shuffleboard and volleyball tourneys going on!

This home is sure to be your safe haven as it is both comfortable and central to all that SRQ has to offer!

The garage and one of the bedrooms is NOT for guest access. Both are locked, but the rest of the home is for guest use! This is a private home and there will be no one else on property during your stay.

-This home does NOT have wifi! Sorry for the inconvenience. If this is something that is keeping you from making a reservation, we'd appreciate if you'd let us know so we can see whether this would be worth looking into.
-7 night minimum per the City of Sarasota regulations.
-This home does not provide shower essentials- shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.. but we do provide a starter pack of other essentials like hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, linens, towels, etc.
-There are 3 beach chairs and 4 beach towels you are welcome to borrow!
