2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, terras, tuin, garage. Lichte en comfortabele accommodatie op slechts 3,2 km afstand van het beroemde strand Siesta Key. Zwembad en een bubbelbad liggen op een steenworp afstand, evenals tennisbanen. Webbergrills in het Club House bieden een fantastische gelegenheid voor een lekkere maaltijdbereiding of een picknick. Eenvoudig, het is een perfecte plek voor uw vakantie of ontspanning!

Wees een van de eersten die genieten van dit familievakantiehuis dat in 2017 is bijgewerkt! Het pand ligt op een paar minuten rijden van het strand, winkels en op 15 minuten van het centrum van Sarasota.

Schoon, comfortabel en modern met nieuwe roestvrij stalen apparaten, gelegen in een groene parkomgeving, privégarage, breedband WiFi-internet, tv met veel kanalen, dvd, comfortabele stijlvolle inrichting. Uw strandstoelen staan voor u klaar! Kleine honden zijn welkom.

De gemeenschap:

Tijdens uw verblijf kunt u genieten van voorzieningen zoals een verwarmd zwembad, een jacuzzi, tennis- en shuffle-boardbanen, mini-putting green en een clubhuis! De gemeenschap is goed ingeburgerd en wordt verzorgd.

De buurt:

South Sarasota, Palmer Ranch, is een juweeltje in Sarasota. Het biedt de nabijheid van restaurants, bioscopen, diverse golfbanen en het strand. Het is 5 minuten lopen naar YMCA, parken en de beroemde meer dan 30 mijl lange wandel-, fiets- en jogging Legacy Trail.

Het centrum van Sarasota ligt op een klein eindje rijden en de I-75 verbindt u ook met Tampa of Napels.

Worth it!

Alice and her home were fantastic. The unit was exactly what was outlined on the post. The home was very clean and cozy. We had one minor issue after hours that could have gone bad, but one of the neighbors saved the day. Overall we would stay here again on our next trip to Sarasota.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! You can tell that Alice puts great effort into making your stay the best it can be. She was terrific with communication, very quick to kindly respond. No problems at all during our stay. She communicated well the arrival and departure instructions. I appreciated the absolute thorough cleanliness of her villa! The best I have stayed at! I especially appreciated that she requests no shoes in the home. Her villa is nicely furnished and decorated. She has a well stocked kitchen for cooking which I truly appreciate. Plenty of towels for bath and kitchen. Comfortable bed! Quiet area! We were very thankful for the use of the beach chairs and towels. The villa is as she described. It was just perfect! We will definitely stay again when we return to the area! Truly a pleasant stay! I hope all others treat her villa with the care that she does and truly appreciate the effort that she puts forth to make her guests feel quite comfortable and at home!

Community is very nice. Property location is great. LR furniture not comfortable. When alarm sounded, tried to call, text both owner and manager. Neither answered. Tried to contact during check also, and no answer. This is not acceptable.

The property was exactly as the pictures. Very comfortable and roomy. Owner was pleasant and communication was superb. 10 min drive to Siesta beach and 30 min drive to Lido beach and shops. Do not miss the Unconditional Surrender statue. All was great!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent as Alice's guest. The villa is well equipped with everything from an extra blanket for the late night chill to a kitchen complete with the things that we needed for meals. Including an electric tea kettle. We would gladly stay there again.

Lovely house!

We were very comfortable here and the owner was very responsive. Important to note that this house is only for a maximum of 3 guests which it says in the ad, but I did not notice initially. The second bedroom is a single with a desk which was convenient for us as my husband needed to work.

Perfect getaway!

This is the perfect place to stay in Sarasota. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush lawns, tropical vegetation and well maintained homes and villas. This property was neat as a pin and we'll stocked for vacationers. We loved the fact that you can get to beaches, downtown, interstate and the airport in 10 to 30 minutes.....yet at the end of the day you come home to a tranquil and calming setting, take a dip in the pool and watch the sunset from your lanai. We would...and will stay here again on future trips to the area! We highly recommend it!

Quiet, greenery, wildlife, getaway

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I stayed there for 10 days. Two out of the 10 was spent indoors working remotely without any issues related to excessive noise. The rental property is clean. There was an unexpected issue that occurred during my stay. However, Alice was prompt in addressing the matter. I definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling for work, or are vacationing with family.
