It also features guest laundry facilities, free parking with large-vehicle spaces, boat docking for a nominal fee and non-smoking. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
