Luna Nueva - Een van de huisjes aan het water

Luna Nueva, een prachtige villa met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers gelegen in het midden van de stad met gemakkelijke toegang tot Siesta Key - ongeveer op minder dan 10 minuten rijden met de auto. Alle op loopafstand vindt u een geweldig aanbod aan restaurants en winkels in de directe omgeving. Trader Joe's, een uitstekende supermarkt ligt op 1 blok en gemakkelijk te voet te verkennen. Luna Nueva is een van de twee speciale vakantiehuizen die afzonderlijk of gecombineerd kunnen worden gereserveerd. Het andere beschikbare huis heet Villa Las Flores en gecombineerd noemen we ze Luna Flores.

Niet alleen een geweldige locatie, maar 3 slaapkamers volledig ingericht, elk met aan de muur gemonteerde HDTV's, plafondventilatoren. Er zijn twee badkamers met leistenen vloeren, met uitgestrekte douche in de ene en een bad / douche-configuratie in de andere, en mooie kasten. De eetkamer biedt plaats aan 6 plus 4 aan de bar. De keuken is uitgerust met roestvrijstalen apparatuur, waaronder een koelkast, magnetron, fornuis / oven en een vaatwasser. Elk detail wordt gedreven door de behoeften van uw chef-kok om granieten toonbanken en een zwanenhals gootsteenkraan te omvatten. Er is een volledig uitgeruste wasruimte naast de keuken.

Buiten omgeeft een externe privacyhek uw priv����� en verwarmd zwembad en is volledig herzien en vervangen, samen met een extra uitgestrekte binnenplaats bestratingsafwerkmachines met weelderige landschapsarchitectuur en nachtverlichting.

Perfect vacation

We spent 3 weeks at Luna Nueva. The house was very clean,had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a fabulous pool. The location was close to Publix, good restaurants and golf. The cottages on the keys management company was terrific. If we had a question it was addressed immediately. They went above & beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. We will definitely book with them again.

Perfect for a beach get-away

This is a great property that we would definitely book again if in Sarasota. I give it 5 stars and recommend it to everyone. I include just a couple comments to help the property manager really take it over the top, and these are minor things that I hope will only help. Again, to be clear, great property and perfect for a beach get-away. + great touch with wagon, beach chairs, and beach towels + pool area really is an oasis and nice to area to relax - advertised as sofa bed (it is not) and were told about inflatable in closet only after asking (clarify in the posting) - pool/garden/linens staff seem to just show up without warning, which was awkward for 3 teenage girls laying around the pool when a complete stranger just walks in (property management should have texted first) - we ran out of toilet paper (only 4 roles in house) and dish detergent after 2 days (fully stock these type items) - grill only lit in one section and was essentially not usable (replace burners)

Great 3 bedroom rental

Property was great. Pool was wonderful, patio furniture was very nice. Really appreciated the beach towels, cart and chairs. Would definately rent here again. Nice and quiet yet close to beaches and activities.

Relaxing stay

The property was very nicely updated and the front porch pool area was so nice. We spent so much time there. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We were about 12-15 minutes from Siesta Key and about 20 minutes from Lido Beach. The company was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Everyone’s favorite

This place was amazing!! It felt like we were staying at a private resort. The fence and landscaping made the pool area feel private and the inside is beautiful. Plenty of room for our family of 8 to sleep and hang out. The kids loved the tv’s in each room. We loved that it had everything we needed for a beach day included chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even beach toys for the little ones! By far our fav stay during our Florida trip and would def stay there again!

great house!

We rented this property for 5 days to host a holiday dinner for family in Florida. We picked this place because it was advertised as having a well-stocked kitchen. We were somewhat skeptical as many other rental properties we have rented advertise this way and you're lucky if you even get a whisk. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and it had pretty much everything we needed to prepare a large meal for 6 people. The house was very thoughtfully stocked and even had playpens and a high chair for families with small children. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to grocery and drug stores and just a few minutes drive from the beach. There were cupcakes left for us in the fridge and the manager hand delivered a bottle of wine to us on our first day. VERY pleased with our stay. We are considering making this an annual trip and plan to book this property again.

Beautiful cottage

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending that week. The house looked exactly like the pictures which was so cozy and comfortable. The pool and backyard was very clean and well kept. We walked in and the hostess had left us cupcakes to welcome in. Which was the nicest thing! Since we were so busy our whole stay we didn’t get to eat them until later in the week. But they were delicious Our stay went into Thanksgiving and hostess came by while we were out and left us a key lime pie. Which we happily brought over to our friends place for dessert. We felt bad because when they came by we weren’t home and we left the kitchen a bit of a mess. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Siesta Keys. And we will definitely be back.

So nice we almost didn't need the beach

The pictures are very accurate and the house is roomy and open with great room for a family. The pool was perfect for us and our two children and the fact that there were extras like a beach cart, chairs and toys was awesome. The fact that siesta key is 10 minutes away and the airport was less than 20 plus there is everything you could ever need in about a 15 mile radius. We will certainly be back!

Almost home

Communication with those in charge of property was excellent. Cleanliness excellent. Neighbor kids in and out of pool as they pleased. No lock on pool gate. Tv remotes worked 50/50. Internet excellence. Bed in master bedroom so hard a tank wouldn’t hurt it if ran over. Location fairly convenient. Parking ok. Nice gesture of cupcakes in refrig when we arrived. A/C perfect. Pool perfect location and size. Huge bull riding float a pain. Neighbor kids put it in pool and we take it out. A pain! No veteran discount.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luna Nueva. The space is great and the place is top-notch clean. We had no problems during our stay. The location is also very good as it's a short and direct drive to the beach. The managers / owners went out of their way to provide a great outdoor living space at the house and the beach; we literally almost lived outside for the week. They also had many pantry items already available so we were able to have coffee the very first day without having to run to the store! Thanks for everything. We hope to return next spring.

So close to activities/shopping in Sarasota. House had most everything needed to “live” for a week. But super close to grocery stores. Very comfortable place to be. The pool was GREAT! Thanks for supplying the beach necessities (cooler, towels, chairs) Only negative would be the beds were a bit hard. Tastefully decorated. Company very receptive to any need (ceiling fan not working in master but was fixed right away!) Quick to answer messages. Thanks for a great week!

This is a beautiful, relaxing cottage!!

When we had a leak with water damage and mold, we had to move out of our house and found this fabulous cottage to stay in. It was SUCH a wonderful place to relax and enjoy while our house was being rebuilt!
