This property features 3 bedrooms, one of which is an oversized Master bedroom with a California King bed with stunning views of the water. Bedroom two has a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, a shower in the bath, a toilet & sink. Bedroom 3 has a full-sized bed and an ensuite has a shower, toilet & sink. All bedrooms have walk-in closets/wardrobes. Bedding, towels, hair dryers, and basic soaps are provided.

Large kitchen with island seating for 6 adults. Equipped with a Stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, oversized fridge & ice-making freezer. Desk area for working from home. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and plenty of beach towels. There is also a butler's pantry with an additional sink & dishwasher.

There is a formal sitting area, a formal dining table & large casual sitting area for movie watching.

The deck provides a perfect spot for morning coffee and dolphin watching. Sunsets from the deck aren't to be missed! There are two kayaks and a paddleboard for your enjoyment.
The pool is heated and screened in. A grill and dining table are also under this screened area.
